McKinsey & Company - Digital Survey!

What are some of the key takeaways from our digital survey? (McKinsey & Company)

- Less than 40 percent of C-level executives say their companies have accountability measures in place for their digital programs

- Only 7 percent say their organizations understand the exact value at stake from digital

- C-level involvement in digital is greater than ever before: 40 percent of CEOs and 38 percent of CIOs say they personally sponsor these initiatives

- Executives recognize big data's rising importance over the next three years, though they say their companies' current spending on this trend is less than ideal

- Among respondents' companies, digital customer engagement is most likely to be the top spending priority--and will be in three years' time

- Finding digital talent, especially in analytics, continues to be a challenge for many companies; nine out of ten C-level executives cite a pressing need for digital talent in the next year
