Wireless carriers, beware: Google might have its eye on you.
Via BGR, The Information reported that the search giant is considering launching its own wireless service, likely beginning in cities—like Kansas City, MO—where the company currently offers Google Fiber.
The company has had talks with Verizon early in the year about buying wholesale access to its networks, and then presumably selling it straight to consumers. Google previously had similar talks with Sprint.
